IMPORTANT- Final Graduation Information

June 8, 2021

Dear Noble High School Students and Families,

The Class of 2021 is an outstanding group and we are looking forward to the upcoming graduation ceremony on Saturday, June 12th! Please review the following final details about graduation day:

  • Ceremony Location - Noble High School, 100 Noble Way, North Berwick, ME. Outdoors - Stadium Field

  • Parking - All students should enter campus on Beech Ridge Road and park in the “D” (usually staff) parking lot.

  • ****Student Arrival - Students should arrive EARLY at 12:00 PM (noon) and report directly to the auditorium (using the doors behind the cafeteria). This early arrival will allow us to run a “mini” marching practice prior to the ceremony! Please be on time! ****

  • Gates/Doors Open - 12:30 PM

  • Graduation Begins - 2:00 PM (Note- outdoor event is rain or shine!)

Other Information/Reminders:

  • Masks will be optional (while outdoors) but are recommended for those who are unvaccinated.

  • *Note - Students/staff entering the Noble High School building for the “mini” marching practice/event staging will still be required to wear masks.*

  • There will be no social distancing requirements (while outdoors).

  • Extra Tickets - Extra tickets have been picked up by students; however, any requested tickets not yet picked up will be available at the gate on graduation day. For extra ticket requests, please contact Barbara.Murphy@msad60.org

How to Dress for Graduation

Dress - Students should dress as they have for their Roundtable presentations.

Caps - No decorations are allowed on graduation caps or gowns. Wearing a hat under a graduation cap is unacceptable.

Sunglasses - Please do not wear sunglasses (they hide your face for photographs).

Shoes - We suggest you avoid wearing sneakers, sandals or shoes with high heels (grass may be soft and/or uneven).

Behavioral Guidelines

Graduation is a dignified, formal ceremony. We expect students to behave accordingly. Do not bring beach balls, string confetti, bubbles, confetti, noisemakers or any other extra items with you to graduation. Please do not chew gum or eat during the graduation ceremony.

It has been great working with all of you this year, and we hope you enjoy graduation!

Sincerely,

Joseph Findlay

Principal
